Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Angelov Automations LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides custom professional services — website design and development, marketing automation, AI chat and voice assistants, advertising setup and management, and related digital work. Because our work is a service performed for you rather than a physical product, there are no shipped goods to return. This policy explains when and how payments are refundable.

2. Deposits & Project Payments

• Before work begins: if you cancel a project before we have started work, your deposit is refundable in full.
• After work begins: deposits and milestone payments cover work performed. If a project is cancelled mid-engagement, you pay for work completed through the cancellation date; any prepaid amount covering work not yet performed is refunded on a pro-rated basis.
• Completed deliverables: payments for delivered and accepted work are non-refundable. Revisions are handled per your Services Agreement.

3. Monthly & Recurring Services

Ongoing services (retainers, management, maintenance, hosting-related plans) can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice, per our Terms of Service. Service continues through the end of the paid billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods already underway, but you will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

4. Third-Party Costs & Advertising Spend

Advertising spend (Meta, Google, etc.) and third-party fees (software subscriptions, telephony, AI usage, hosting) are paid to those providers directly and are not refundable by us. Refunds for those charges, if any, are governed by the respective provider's policy.

5. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you are charged in error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us and we will refund the erroneous amount in full.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@angelovautomations.com with your name, the charge date and amount, and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Disputes

If you're unhappy with a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
